Shipping & Returns
- All orders are sent via airmail, unless otherwise requested.
- To ship items, requires a street address rather than a POB number
- The product price includes air mail postage cost to anywhere in the world
We ship worldwide, if your address falls within normal delivery areas
Shipping Timeframe
- All orders are usually mailed within two weeks of online order, other than if special circumstances were encountered.
- If there is a delay in product shipment because product inventory needs to be replenished or for any other reason, a shipping delay notification message stating the cause of the delay will be emailed to you as soon as possible.
- If the online product order cannot be fulfilled for any reason an online refund will be issued, and a refund confirmation message will be e-mailed to you.
Return Policy
The Returns Center allows recipients to return packages for any of the following reasons:
- If the return is the result of our error
- If the item arrived damaged, but it's not as a result of damaging that occurred because of post office mishandling
- Damaged or used products cannot be returned for credit
Returning Items
- We cannot refund freight charges upon receipt of returned goods. The freight charge deducted will be the amount paid when the package was sent.
- After a refund transaction is conducted, the refund confirmation will be mailed to you.
- Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receipt of goods, and an email to confirm the
- transaction will be mailed to you.
- Returns are only issued via the same payment methods the funds were received.
